BKC is a photo, video and creative education center located in the heart of Dumbo, Brooklyn. We’re founded upon the idea of learning by doing, whether it’s hands-on classes in studio lighting, rediscovering the analog darkroom, unleashing the potential of Lightroom or just how to use your DSLR, our smart and simple approach and awesome teachers will help you learn something new, build on your creativity, and expand your goals.
Ivy League Academy’s math program fulfills all common core standards for California. Because our focus is school performance, each and every child receives math work based on what they are learning in their schools that day. Based on ability, we often provide work above their grade level. A benefit to our program is that by already performing advanced grade level math packets throughout the school year and with our summer program, your child will be thoroughly prepared for their math classes for next year naturally!
LA SCUOLA (La Scuola International School), is San Francisco’s only IB-PYP school and the only Reggio Emilia inspired/IB/ Italian language immersion school in the world. We offer an inquiry based bilingual curriculum for preschool-8th grade and the opportunity for children to grow in a community that balances academic rigor with creativity and real life tools like cultural awareness and global citizenship.
Mis Amigos Languages’ mission is to provide children a multi- sensory, interactive approach to language acquisition during early childhood during their “Window of Opportunity”. Research indicates that this period of time between birth and age 10 is the peak time for language acquisition.
